A fully automatic 3D printing mortar mixing machine. It monitors all specific data, resulting in a high quality 3D printed material.

The system monitors all required data with the help of sensors and actuators.

Ambient temperature, water temperature, humidity, hose pressure, mixing ratio, amount of water, amount of additives, etc.

The mixing unit is electronically connected to the 3D printer, creating direct communication. In case of print speed changes, process interruptions or other variables, the mixing unit can act directly and initiate countermeasures.
